Refund Policy

1. Your 14 days
You can cancel a purchase within 14 days of buying it, for any reason, as long as its vouchers have not been used. This is your right of withdrawal under Portuguese law (Decreto-Lei 24/2014). Your exact date is shown when you cancel, and in the voucher PDF attached to your confirmation email.
You get back the full amount, with no fees, on the card you paid with. Most banks show it within 5–10 working days.
2. How to cancel
Go to your Vouchers page and choose "Cancel Booking" on the purchase.
Tell us why, and confirm.
The refund is issued straight away, and we email you to confirm it.
You can also write to hello@estamine.club with your order number, or send us the withdrawal form from your voucher PDF.
3. After the 14 days
You can still cancel from your Vouchers page, but the purchase is no longer refunded. Vouchers that have been used cannot be cancelled.
4. Expiry
Every voucher shows the date it is valid until. While it is unused, we remind you 30 days and 7 days before. Vouchers cannot be extended, and once expired they cannot be used or refunded.
5. If the restaurant cannot honour your voucher
If a partner restaurant closes, cancels or cannot honour your voucher, you choose: a full refund to your card, or credit for a future drop. We email you as soon as we know, whenever you bought it.
6. Complaints and disputes
Write to us first at hello@estamine.club; we answer within 1–2 working days. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
If we cannot resolve a dispute together, you can take it to a consumer dispute resolution body: the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo de Lisboa or the CNIACC. More are listed on the Portal do Consumidor.
